How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on where you are in Egypt. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on orders across Egypt, as well as card and wallet payments at checkout.
Can I return my order?
You can return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and cosmetics can't be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Message HG Aesthetics on social media or email info@hgaesthetics.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
