How fast will my device arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days anywhere in Egypt, with email tracking so you can follow your order.
Is my device covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every HG Aesthetics device carries a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. It is separate from, and lasts well beyond, our standard 10-day return window.
What if my device stops working?
Contact our team with your order number and a short description of the issue. Manufacturing defects are covered by the 2-year warranty and we'll guide you through your claim.
Can I return my device?
Unused, unopened devices in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 10 days with proof of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 3 days for a free replacement or refund.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Most of our devices are designed to work alongside your routine. The How to use section on each device page shows exactly when to apply your serum or moisturizer.
